Join me for a transformative 10-week journey to help you establish lasting changes. With a foundation in research-based strategies, my 25 years of experience in guiding indivduals through change, and the encouraement and accountability of a small group, we will work together to reset and cultivate new, healthy habits that endure.
Making lasting changes isn’t easy. Whether you’re trying to exercise more, lose weight, stop yelling at your kids, control your temper, be more positive or more present…whatever it may be, it takes a lot of effort at first. So allow me to help.
