Counseling & Coaching
I work with adults who are ready for meaningful growth—whether through counseling or mindfulness-based coaching. Together, we create space for awareness, healing, and intentional change. There comes a point in many lives when surface-level solutions are no longer enough. You may feel stuck in familiar patterns, restless despite success, or have a quiet fear of not fully becoming who you’re meant to be. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional pain that feels difficult to carry alone. Some seasons call for therapeutic support - others call for deeper reflection and conscious growth. In either case, meaningful change begins with awareness—and a steady, compassionate guide.

Coaching
Mindfulness-based coaching for growth-minded adults seeking clarity, peace, and intentional personal evolution.
Coaching is future-oriented and non-clinical. It is designed for those who feel called toward deeper self-understanding, meaningful change, and conscious living.
Through reflective inquiry, mindfulness practice, and thoughtful guidance, this work supports you in becoming more fully who you are.
Individual & Couples Counseling
Clinical support for individuals and couples seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. This work may include diagnosis, structured treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Counseling provides a grounded and supportive space to heal, stabilize, and move forward with greater resilience.

Individual Counseling
Individual sessions provide space to:
- Process trauma safely
- Increase emotional awareness
- Develop practical coping strategies
- Strengthen boundaries and decision-making
- Reconnect with your values
Sessions are available in person (through August 2026) and remotely.

Couples Counseling
Relationships often carry layers of history, misunderstanding, and unspoken expectations.
Couples counseling offers:
- Structured communication support
- De-escalation tools
- Understanding of attachment dynamics
- Repair after relational ruptures
- Support navigating transitions
The work is collaborative and requires willingness from both partners.
“In any given moment, we have two options: to step forward into growth or step back into safety.”
